  • All jewellery pieces are hand-crafted and made using pure metals as described on each product page.

  • Slight variations in texture, finish, or color may occur due to the artisanal production process.

  • Product images on the website aim to represent the final product accurately but may vary due to screen or device settings.

Order Process

  • Once an order is placed on our website, it is confirmed by our support team within 24 hours through call or message.

  • Your piece enters production only after confirmation.

  • Orders cannot be edited once production has started.

Delivery Timeline

  • All items are made-to-order to maintain exclusivity and craftsmanship quality.

  • Standard delivery time is 10–15 days within Pakistan.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier delays.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

Custom Orders

If a customer wants a custom design or a modification inspired by any of our pieces:

  • They may contact us directly via the WhatsApp button available on every product page.

  • Custom orders follow separate pricing depending on materials and labor.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Payment Terms

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options where available.

  • Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed unless the customer cancels before production begins.

  • Any failed COD attempts or refusal to accept delivery may result in future order restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 10-day return/exchange policy for eligible products.

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Custom orders, engraved items, and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed after quality inspection.

  • Shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices listed on the website are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time.
